From Israel Petrochemical Enterprises Ltd., Calcalist said today.Calcalist didn&#8217;t provide details on the source, nor was Avgol available for comment.After the Bloomberg report, Avgol (TLV:AVGL) issued a statement to the Tel-Aviv stock saying that it was in talks with Blackstone over the deal.The Blackstone Group LP is a global alternative asset manager and provider of financial advisory services. The firm&#8217;s asset management businesses include the management of corporate private equity funds, real estate funds, mezzanine funds, proprietary hedge funds and closed-end mutual funds.
