The filing is the first step toward what&#8217;s shaping up to be one of the highest-buzzed market debuts in history.Facebook has made no secret about it plans to go public, and rumors have been circulating for months that the company would raise as much as $10 billion for the initial public offering \u2014 giving it a valuation of $75 billion to $100 billion \u2014 though reports Monday from the International Financing Review and the New York Times revised that number down to $5 billion.
