Expectations had priced in a growth of roughly 74,000 jobs, down from last month\u2019s 117,000. The actual figure was a big fat doughnut hole in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forexyard.com\/blog\/en\/2011\/09\/02\/fundamental-weekly-preview-%E2%80%93-central-bank-meetings-galore\/\">employment change <\/a>across the United States.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-15475\"><\/span>The report revealed zero change in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forexyard.com\/blog\/en\/2011\/08\/31\/us-employment-data-spurs-risk-aversion\/\">jobs for the past month<\/a>. That is: no growth, no contraction (i.e. stagnation).
