On Thursday, crude saw a 240 pip drop, falling to as low as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forexyard.com\/en\/market-analysis\/commodity\/crude_oil_falls_to_$89_a_barrel-2010-12-31\">$89.00 a barrel<\/a>. Yet on Friday, just before New Year\u2019s Eve, crude saw an astonishing 300 pip appreciation, leading the commodity to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forexyard.com\/en\/market-analysis\/ny-close\/crude_oil_rises_to_$92_a_barrel_as_the_dollar_weakens-2010-12-31\">$92.00 a barrel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As this week kicks off, crude oil signals that the bullish trend is likely to proceed.  Let\u2019s take a look at the 4-hour chart:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The Slow <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forexyard.com\/en\/stochastic\">Stochastic<\/a> has just completed a bullish cross.<br \/>\n\u2022 The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forexyard.com\/en\/moving-average-convergence-divergence-macd\">MACD<\/a> saw a bullish cross on Friday, and continues to point up.<br \/>\n\u2022 The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forexyard.com\/en\/relative-strength-index-rsi\">RSI<\/a> points up as well, and is about to reach the over-bought section.<\/p>\n<p>All this indicates that another bullish session is about to take place.
