Pre Market:<\/h2>\n

The S&P 500 is trading slightly higher at +0.07%. The Dax gains 0.4%. Today\u00b4s best performing stock in the DAX is Fresenius, gaining 4%. Fresenius has announced the take over of a Spanish hospital operator, gaining approval from investors. Otherwise, speculation on interest rates remains the dominant subject for markets. The ECB meets on Thursday, a few market participants are expecting further monetary expansion. Investors are looking to the US markets with suspense, the usual summer doldrums in markets mostly ending after Labour Day. We expect a higher start to Wall Street. The USD is trading down to the Euro and Yen. Gold rises 0.54% and WTI Oil drops 0.7%.<\/p>\n
