EUR USD, \u201cEuro vs US Dollar\u201d<\/h2>\n

At the daily chart, Eurodollar is forming the descending impulse in the wave (C)<\/strong>. Consequently, if later the price completes the wave 4<\/strong> in a proper way and doesn\u2019t break the critical level (which is the minimum of the wave 1<\/strong>), it may resume its decline in the wave 5 of (C)<\/strong>. Otherwise, the market may continue forming the correctional wave (B)<\/strong>, probably in the form of the double three<\/em> (an alternative scenario).<\/p>\n

Probably, Eurodollar is still forming wave [b]<\/strong> in the wave 4<\/strong>, which is taking the form of the zigzag<\/em>. Consequently, in the beginning of 2016, the market may fall sharply and break its local low. The pair may resume moving upwards as soon as the price forms the first wave in the wave [c]<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

GBP USD, \u201cGreat Britain Pound vs US Dollar\u201d<\/h2>\n

At the daily chart, Pound is forming the descending impulse in the wave (C)<\/strong>. On the minor wave level, the price is forming the third wave. It\u2019s highly likely that in the beginning of January the pair may continue falling.<\/p>\n

As we can see at the H4 chart, after finishing the wave 2<\/strong>, the market has formed the bearish wedge<\/em> in the wave [i]<\/strong>. It looks like in the future the pair may continue forming the third descending wave.<\/p>
