But &#8212; you can plainly see that at best, the &#8220;progress&#8221; has been <b>weak<\/b> and <b>slow<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Now, &#8220;weak and slow&#8221; is <b>not<\/b> what you expect to see in a bull market recovery.
