The focus next week will be on worldwide services and manufacturing PMI results, the European Central Bank policy meeting and of course the all important non-farm payrolls report.<\/p>\n

Monday starts with new home sales and business inventories data from Australia.<\/p>\n

Housing starts and preliminary industrial output numbers for July are published in Japan.<\/p>\n

Inflation numbers are issued for the Eurozone. It will be the preliminary CPI estimate for August and is expected at 0.1% y\/y versus a prior 0.2%.<\/p>\n

Germany see the release of retail sales figures.<\/p>

Current account data are published in Canada.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday focus will be on the Reserve Bank of Australia as it announces its latest interest rate decision. Meanwhile, current account data and building permit numbers are also released out of Australia.<\/p>\n

Unemployment data are published for the Eurozone.<\/p>\n

In Canada revised second quarter GDP figures are issued.<\/p>\n

In the UK, Halifax house prices and Bank of England mortgage data are released.<\/p>\n

Construction spending numbers are published in the US.<\/p>\n

Australia will be in focus again on Wednesday as the country issues second quarter GDP numbers. The UK Construction PMI is published later in the day.<\/p>\n

In the US, ADP national employment data and factory orders figures are issued.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, retail sales and trade balance data are issued in Australia.<\/p>\n

The Eurozone publishes retail sales figures and final services PMI.<\/p>\n

The highlight of the day will be the European Central Bank policy meeting and the announcement of its latest monetary policy decision. The ECB press conference by the Bank\u2019s Chief Mario Draghi will attract even more attention.<\/p>\n

The ISM non-manufacturing PMI and jobless claims out of the US will be important to watch.<\/p>\n

Finally on Friday, revised second quarter GDP data are issued for the Eurozone. In Germany, factory orders figures and construction PMI results are published, while France sees the publication of consumer confidence data.<\/p>\n

Labour market data are released in Canada, while the all important non-farm payrolls will be out for the US.<\/p>\n
