In our previous review, \u201cDescending zigzag. Wave analysis of USD\/CAD for 16.09.2014\u201d, we discussed one of the possible scenarios how the price may complete an ascending zigzag<\/em> (b) of [iv]<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Our mid-term expectations haven\u2019t changed so far. The market continues forming a descending correction [iv] of C<\/strong>, which may take the form of a long horizontal pattern. Right now, the pair is expected to complete an ascending zigzag<\/em> (b) of [iv]<\/strong> and start forming a descending zigzag<\/em> (c) of [iv]<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the same time, an alternative scenario implies that the price has already completed a correction [iv] of C<\/strong> in the form of zigzag<\/em> and started forming the final ascending wave [v] of C<\/strong> (colored in grey).<\/p>\n

The wave structure on the H4 chart implies that the pair is completing diagonal triangle<\/em> c of (b)<\/strong> and the whole ascending zigzag<\/em> (b) of [iv]<\/strong>, which may be followed by a descending zigzag<\/em> (c) of [iv]<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

However, at the same time one should remember that any possible scenario is subjective and the market may move in a completely different direction.<\/p>
