This new record bests the previous bearish level high of -180,359 contracts that was reached on April 30th.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/11\/10-year-note-speculators-raised-their-bearish-bets-for-1st-time-in-8-weeks\/\"><strong>10-year note speculators<\/strong><\/a> increased their bearish bets this week for the first time in the past 8 weeks and boosted the net bearish position back above the -100,000 contract level for the first time since October 8th.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/11\/wti-crude-oil-speculators-boosted-bullish-bets-for-3rd-straight-week\/\"><strong>WTI crude oil speculators<\/strong><\/a> advanced their bullish bets for a third consecutive week although the current net position remains slightly below year\u2019s average net position of +398,468 contracts.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><a class=\"title\" href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/11\/us-dollar-index-speculative-bets-dip-to-10-week-low-cad-mxn-gbp-bets-bounce\/\">US Dollar Index Speculative bets dip to 10-week low.
