Will the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifcmarkets.com\/en\/market-data\/indices-prices\/gb100\">GB 100<\/a> continue declining?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Recent UK economic data were negative on balance after the second quarter GDP contracted 0.2% over quarter follwoing 0.5% growth in Q1. And retail sales growth slowed in July though a decline was expected, with retail price index growth slowing to 2.8% over year in July from 2.9%. Weaker economic data are bearish for GB100.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; margin-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ifcmarkets.com\/uploads\/images\/GB100_23August2019.jpg\" alt=\"GB100 tests MA(200) 08\/23.\/2019 IFC Markets Technical Analysis Chart\" width=\"660px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"emailSummary\">On the daily timeframe the <b>GB100: D1<\/b> is below the 200-day moving average MA(200) which has levelled off.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"emailSummary\">\n<li>The <b>Parabolic indicator<\/b> gives a sell signal.<\/li>\n<li>The <b>Donchian channel <\/b> indicates no trend yet: it is flat.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifcmarkets.com\/en\/ntx-indicators\/macd\">MACD indicator <\/a> gives a neutral signal: it is below the signal line and the gap is steady.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifcmarkets.com\/en\/ntx-indicators\/rsi\"> RSI oscillator <\/a> is declining but has not reached the oversold zone yet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We believe the bearish momentum will continue after the price breaches below the lower boundary of Donchian channel at 7017.13. This level can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to sell. The stop loss can be placed above the upper Donchian channel at 7303.07. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved every day to the next fractal high, following Parabolic signals. Thus, we are changing the probable profit\/loss ratio to the breakeven point.
