Speculators also raised their bearish bets for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/08\/speculators-raise-us-dollar-index-bullish-bets-add-to-euro-gbp-bearish-bets\/\"><strong>Euro<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/08\/speculators-raise-us-dollar-index-bullish-bets-add-to-euro-gbp-bearish-bets\/\"><strong>British pound sterling<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Precious metals speculators continued their positive sentiment for both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/08\/gold-speculators-pushed-bullish-bets-higher-for-8th-time-in-9-weeks\/\"><strong>Gold<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/08\/silver-speculators-boost-bullish-bets-to-highest-since-2017\/\"><strong>Silver<\/strong><\/a> again this week. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/08\/gold-speculators-pushed-bullish-bets-higher-for-8th-time-in-9-weeks\/\">Gold positions increased for the 8th time<\/a> in the past 9 weeks while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/08\/silver-speculators-boost-bullish-bets-to-highest-since-2017\/\">Silver bets advanced for a 3rd week<\/a> to the most bullish level since November of 2017.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/08\/copper-speculators-raised-their-bearish-bets-after-2-week-pause\/\"><strong>Copper<\/strong><\/a> speculators, meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/08\/copper-speculators-raised-their-bearish-bets-after-2-week-pause\/\">resumed their bearish trend<\/a> after paring bearish bets in the previous two weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/08\/10-year-note-speculators-edged-their-bearish-bets-higher-this-week\/\"><strong>10-Year Bond<\/strong><\/a> speculators <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countingpips.com\/2019\/08\/10-year-note-speculators-edged-their-bearish-bets-higher-this-week\/\">once again raised their bearish bets for a third straight week<\/a> and to the most bearish spot in a month.
