US dollar net long bets <\/em> continued rising to $28.88 billion from $27.83 billion against the major currencies<\/a> during the one week period, according to the report of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) covering data up to March 12 and released on Friday March 15. The dollar sentiment improvement continued as the Bureau of Economic Analysis data showed above expected 0.2% rise over month in retail sales in January and inflation gain of 0.2% on month in February following three months of no change.<\/p>\n
