US dollar bearish bets\u00a0<\/em>increased markedly to $11.03 billion from $8.64 billion against the\u00a0major currencies<\/a>\u00a0during the previous week, according to the report of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) covering data up to June 26 released on Friday June 29. The dollar turned weaker as US business activities expansion slowed in June as evidenced by decline in Markit\u2019s Composite PMI.<\/p>\n
