Probably, wave <strong>2<\/strong> is taking the form of <em>flat<\/em> pattern with bearish impulse <strong>[C]<\/strong> inside it. In the nearest future, instrument is expected to fall down a little bit inside wave <strong>(3)<\/strong>, that\u2019s why I opened sell order during correction.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.roboforex.com\/files\/filemanager\/image\/forecasts\/2014\/January\/27\/djiaw1.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>More detailed wave structure is shown on H1 chart. Probably, Index is forming extension inside wave <strong>3<\/strong>. On minor wave level, price is finishing the fourth wave. Most likely, in the nearest future instrument may break minimum of wave <strong>[3]<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.roboforex.com\/files\/filemanager\/image\/forecasts\/2014\/January\/27\/djiaw2.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Crude Oil<\/h2>\n<p>It looks like Oil completed wave <strong>(2)<\/strong>. Earlier, after completing <em>zigzag<\/em> pattern inside wave <strong>[B]<\/strong>, price formed bearish impulse inside wave <strong>(1)<\/strong>. Right now, I\u2019m selling very carefully, but after instrument forms initial descending impulse I\u2019ll increase my short position.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.roboforex.com\/files\/filemanager\/image\/forecasts\/2014\/January\/27\/crude1.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As we can see at the H1 chart, wave <strong>(2)<\/strong> took the form of <em>zigzag<\/em> pattern. On minor wave level, price formed <em>wedge<\/em> pattern inside wave <strong>1<\/strong>.
