This morning\u2019s publication of Germany\u2019s retail sales revealed even more sluggish growth in the region\u2019s largest economy.<\/p>\n<p><span><\/span>The report was expected to show a healthy month-on-month growth of 1.1%, a solid uptick from last month\u2019s 2.7% contraction. The actual reading, while far better than last month\u2019s, was still shy of the mark with only 0.4% growth being reported.
