France and Italy are urging Germany to take decisive action to end the debt crisis, now in its third year.<\/p>\n<p>The Senior Strategist Ib Fredslund Madsen expects three main subjects at the European Union summit; the future structure of the EU, the growth stimulus and thirdly there is the situation in Spain and Greece.<\/p>\n<p>According to Ib Fredslund Madsen investors want to see what direction the summit&#8217;s outcome will point to.
